The company is located in Val di Non, a valley in the heart of the Trentino region, which is famous for growing and producing the best apples in Italy.
Thanks to the conformation and dislocation of the ground and to the varieties that are grown, the apples of this region are some of the best to be produced in Europe, due to their organoleptic and crunchiness properties.
An important decision was made by the company founders, who strongly believed both in the quality of their products and in the bond with their land: they decided to bring an apples processing industry in the same area where they are grown.


Dolomiti Fruits was born to process apples but then spread to other fruits, that are all strictly chosen and processed.
Only the best apples, pears, apricots, cherries, grapes, berries, strawberries and kiwis become Dolomiti Fruits’ juices, pulps and purees.

The factory The factory is a modern, environmentally friendly building, constructed with the highest quality levels and cutting edge technologies.

The partners’ long experience in the fruit processing area and their constant focus on the quality standards give to Dolomiti Fruits a ground breaking management in the preservation, production and processing steps of the product. They also carry out strong investments in order to acquire and use the best machineries available on the market.
The production line yields 12/15 tons per hour.

Due to the structure, technology and machineries used, Dolomiti Fruits has the characteristics of a major industry, but maintains the flexibility, the attention to quality and the authenticity of a small/average sized company.
